Clean your surface thoroughly and try to smooth out any imperfections
Line up image in desired location when satisfied take a low tack painter tape and tape along the top of the backdrop (the surface image will not be damaged)
Put tape at even intervals leaving the first 6 inches free
Now peel the self adhesive color-tex off from its backing to reveal about 4 to 6 inches of backing. Cut vertically & remove the backing.
Starting in the middle, smooth the sticky flap down pressing it onto your surface. Smooth down firmly with your hand
(This material is re-adjustable so if it does not lay down right, you can peel it right back and try again)
With the flap smoothed down, remove tape starting at the right, then roll material up on itself, removing the tape until you have reached your beginning point.
Once you have finished rolling up the material, you can begin to peel off backing and start smoothing the entire backdrop into position.
Keep an eye on your upper edge & if it starts to meander, just stop. Back up to the problem, and re-position the material. It is flexible and durable enough to be peeled back and corrected.
Continue to peel off backing while smoothing down the color-tex until you are finished.
